That The Honorable Linda J. Jordan of Fulton County, Georgia be and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Public Telecommunications Commission to serve a term of office ending 6/30/2001 to succeed The Honorable William Henry NeSmith, Jr., who resigned.
