That Honorable David L. Burgess of DeKalb County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated 0 46-2-4 to serve as a commissioner of the Georgia Public Service Commission to succeed the Honorable David Baker, who resigned.
