That Honorable Samuel Ray Jones, Jr. of Richmond County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists to serve a term of office ending 12/31/00 to succeed Honorable Joseph Scalise, whose term expired.
