That Honorable Lee D. Bowen, Jr. of Bibb County, Georgia be and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists to serve a term of office ending 12/31/99 to succeed Honorable Alan M. Yorker, who resigned.
