SHEEP PRODUCERS AND FEEDERS
A national referendum of all sheep producers will
be held September 10 through 21 a vote to decide
if producers want to continue their self help promotion
program for another four years. The program is ap-
proved if a yes vote is cast by more than two-thirds
of the individual producers voting, or producers owning
more than two-thirds of the sheep represented in the
Ballots will be mailed to producers and feeders
before the referendum period. Each producer, feeder
or purebred breeder must mark his ballot and mail or
deliver it to the County Agricultural Stabilization and
Conservation office not later than Sept. 21. BE SURE
