Obituary
(Mr. WiCRe James "(Brother" flffen, of 839 Scott Nixon Memorial Drive, Martinez, Ga., entered into rest on Monday, January 17, 2011.
He was bom in Richmond County, Ga. on May 23,1931 to the late James and Lottie Allen. He was a graduate of Immaculate Conception School and a member of the Church of the Most Holy Trinity.
Mr. Allen had a strong work ethfc and retired from the Graniteville Company (Sibley Mill Division) after 47 years. Following his retirement, he continued to work part time in janitorial services.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Mrs. Dorothy Frails Allen; one daughter, JoAnn Allen Cook; two grandchildren, Malcolm Cook, and Jamellah Cook; five great grandchildren, Markell, Imiyah, Rashad, Khairi, and Patrick; one great nephew, Rev. Michael King of Wilmington, Delaware; two sisters-inlaw, Mrs. Lee Eunice Norris and Mrs. Betty Frails; two brothers-in-law, Mr. Archie Blair Norris and Mr. Edward Frails; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, god children, and other relatives and friends including his beloved dog, Tiffany. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Allen, and his sisters, Beatrice and Dorothy.
